I went to Dr. Hayes for [bio-identical hormone] pellet therapy and can’t believe the difference in how I feel. Words really cannot describe the amount of detail, care and compassion that operates (pun intended) in every single element of Dr. Hayes’ office. From the moment I walked in the door for my first consultation, until the moment I left after my final follow-up, I knew I had found an extremely special group of professionals. The initial email correspondence took place at around 9 p.m. in the evening, and I was completely shocked when I got an extremely prompt reply after I sent my exploratory questions. I was greeted with a very warm response from the patient coordinator, who just happened to be checking her email late at night and decided she was going to take the time to reply to me. From that moment, I knew I didn’t have to keep searching. When I say that these amazing women make you feel like they have known you for years, I am not exaggerating in the slightest. I felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout the ENTIRE process, which is a true testament to this level of service, considering Jennifer deals with some very delicate procedures. Despite having an immensely busy schedule, Dr. Hayes spent 45 minutes with me going over every detail of my procedure and answering every single question I had (which ended up not being that many because her initial explanation was so thorough).  Each room was adorned with positive and empowering words of affirmation on the walls, and even the music seemed more soothing than anywhere I had ever been, there was seriously no detail that went unnoticed. I work for one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world so I am no stranger to high levels of service and guest satisfaction, and I can tell you that Dr. Hayes and her team are one-of-a-kind in that regard. This kind of service level does not materialize out of thin air but comes from an authentic and truly genuine bursting of passion that simply cannot be taught. It is an innate desire to serve people and serve them well. I live about 2 hours away from her office and I enjoyed my experience SO much that I will be returning for my annual exam each year.

Dr. Jennifer Hayes and staff deserves 5 stars! I am a 23-year old female who recently had a labiaplsty. As this is a semi-awkward and not a common topic of discussion, I was always very self-conscious and uncomfortable. Luckily, after finally deciding to pursue this, I found Dr. Hayes’ office. Her whole staff was very welcoming and friendly, helping to ease my discomfort with the procedure. I had a lot of concerns involving pain and nausea and the entire staff were receptive to my concerns and accommodating to find what would work the best for me. The procedure was quick and easy (general anesthesia helped) and I experienced little to no pain during the recovery in the weeks to follow! I am so unbelievably thrilled with the results! Growing up I never realized how much unnecessary discomfort I was in, from exercise to sex to wearing certain underwear. If you are slightly considering this procedure, my advice is to pursue it! It is something you only have to do once that will greatly impact your life every day! Even though I still had good sex and exercised regularly beforehand, I now feel completely different and extremely more comfortable performing these activities. I feel grateful every day that I did this!

Dr. Hayes is the best Gyn I have been to since I moved from Gainesville. She truly cares about how you fee l– she listens and assures you that she is going to make it better. I had a biopsy- which I barely felt then had testosterone implants which again – she said she was done – and I didn’t feel a thing!!! Everyone has told me that after menopause – this procedure will change your life. I have done bio identical hormones in the past —cream- and felt no different – I am ready to feel happy again — I can’t tell you how quick and painless it was —it has been 3 days — have had no soreness, pain- nothing —I already feel the fog lifting. I work in the medical field so I know good physicians from bad — she is a keeper !!!!

I decided I wanted to get an O-shot and see what the effects were. First of all, it didn’t hurt at all. I get super nervous about these things, so I was really relieved when the nurse came in and applied some intense numbing cream and made sure I was good and numb before Dr. Hayes came in and injected the PRP down there. They were also very good about explaining the procedure and the possible changes I might notice. Right away I noticed that I did not “drip” when I laughed or coughed. I was kind of dealing with this issue on my own and hadn’t put it on my list of priorities yet. It was a great benefit and surprise. It’s worth it to me for that alone. It also increased sensation in the clitoral area in a good way. It’s only been a week and I know that the effects increase with time, so I am looking forward to feeling what this next year holds.
